Cancellation Policy

We’re excited to welcome you and your bridal party for a special shopping experience. To ensure we provide the best service, please review our booking policy: Appointments Required – Bridal party appointments must be scheduled in advance to guarantee availability and personalized service. Group Size – We can accommodate up to 5 guests per bridal appointment, however you are more than welcome to bring a larger party with an added charge of $10 per additional guest. Please let us know in advance if your group will be larger. Time Allotment – Bridal party appointments are allotted 2 hours to ensure a relaxed, enjoyable experience. Booking Fee – A non-refundable booking fee of $25 may be required to secure your date and time. This fee may be applied toward your purchase. Cancellations & Rescheduling – Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or changes. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time. Refreshments & Decorations – Outside food or drinks may be permitted with prior approval. Please respect the boutique and leave the space as you found it.
