SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Ellen Piper Designs. Below is our shipping policy, which outlines our timelines, methods, and expectations to ensure a smooth delivery process for both custom and standard orders.

1. Processing Times

Ready-to-Wear Orders: Typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days.
Custom Orders: Processing times vary depending on the design and complexity. A timeline will be discussed during your consultation. Please allow 2-3 months for completion unless otherwise agreed.
Rental Items: Shipped to arrive 1–2 days before your event date based on the rental agreement.

Note: Processing times do not include weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, shipping speed, and weight.

We ship via trusted carriers including USPS, UPS, and FedEx.

3. Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to update.

4. Customs, Duties, & International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country. Ellen Piper Designs is not liable for delays due to customs clearance.

5. Shipping for Rentals

Rental garments are shipped with a prepaid return label. Please return the item by the agreed-upon return date to avoid late fees. Items not returned on time or damaged beyond normal wear may incur replacement or repair costs.

6. Delivery Issues

We are not responsible for:

Delays caused by carriers
Packages lost or stolen after confirmed delivery
Incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

7. Local Pickup (Optional)

If you are located in Auburn, Alabama, you may request local pickup for eligible orders. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.
