Please read these Terms carefully. By using our Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old or have the involvement of a parent or guardian to use this Site. By placing an order, you represent that you are legally able to enter into a binding contract.

2. Products & Services

Ellen Piper Designs offers:

Custom-made couture garments
Ready-to-wear fashion
Special occasion rentals

All products are made or curated with a focus on sustainability, craftsmanship, and long-lasting wear.

We reserve the right to change, update, or discontinue products or services at any time without prior notice.

3. Ordering & Payment

All prices are listed in USD and are subject to change. Prices exclude shipping, taxes, or other fees unless stated otherwise.

Payment is due at the time of purchase via accepted payment methods listed at checkout. For custom orders, a deposit may be required before work begins.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We offer domestic and international shipping. Shipping times and fees vary by destination and service level.

Delivery timelines for custom designs will be estimated on a case-by-case basis and communicated directly to the client. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Returns & Exchanges

Ready-to-Wear:

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery if the item is unworn and in original condition.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.

Custom Orders:

All custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.

Rentals:

Rental items must be returned by the agreed-upon due date in original condition.
Late returns may incur additional fees.
Damage beyond normal wear may result in repair or replacement charges.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site, including images, designs, logos, and text, is the intellectual property of Ellen Piper Designs or its licensors and may not be used without prior written permission.

7. User Content

If you tag us on social media or submit images featuring our products, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use and repost your content for marketing purposes, with credit where possible.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ellen Piper Designs will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Site or products purchased, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill.
